Zukka is a secure communication platform designed to help individuals and businesses exchange messages and files with privacy and confidentiality. It offers encrypted messaging, with a focus on providing secure digital communication for both personal and professional use.
How does Zukka ensure the security of my messages?
Zukka uses end-to-end encryption to protect all messages, files, and communications. Only the intended recipients can decrypt and view the content. Additionally, Zukka does not store plaintext copies of your messages and has no access to the decryption keys.
What features does Zukka offer to protect my privacy?
Zukka prioritizes user privacy by offering features like encrypted communication, the ability to control who sees your information, and no tracking of your online activity. It also allows users to control when their messages expire and provides additional security layers for sensitive communications.
Can I use Zukka for personal and professional communications?
Yes, Zukka is designed to be flexible, allowing users to communicate securely for both personal and professional purposes. You can create different user groups and manage your contacts based on your needs.
What is a Ticket.ID and how does it work?
A Ticket.ID is a secure and anonymous way to connect with others on Zukka. It functions similarly to a phone number but provides greater privacy, as it can be temporary, with limited activations and expiration dates. It allows you to connect without sharing personal details like phone numbers.
Is it possible to get one ticket for my whole family?
Absolutely! You can have a group TicketID and share it with all your family members.
How can I be sure that it’s really the person I was calling?
You can set a password, which will be shared with you by the person who activated the ticket, ensuring that it is indeed the person you’re calling.
What happens if a personal ticket is leaked?
• You will know who leaked it and can take appropriate action.
• If you leaked it, take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.
• You can delete the contact and the ticket, ensuring they can no longer reach you.
What’s the process for sending invitations to a lot of users (on my website, social media, etc.)?
You can create a public TicketID and display its number on your website. When someone uses it to connect to you, they can easily reach out through the ticket.
Can I revoke a Ticket.ID if I no longer want to use it?
Yes, you can revoke a Ticket.ID at any time, and issuing a new one is simple. Revoking a Ticket.ID prevents further use, but it won’t affect contacts who have already used it, as they can continue using the app with the old ID if necessary.
Can I control who sees my messages on Zukka?
Yes, Zukka allows users to set privacy preferences for their messages. You can choose who can access your messages and set expiration dates for your communications, ensuring that they are only available to the intended recipient for a specific period.
Does Zukka store my messages or personal data?
Zukka does not store your messages in plaintext, and all content is encrypted. We store encrypted data temporarily until it is delivered to the recipient’s device. Once downloaded, the messages are deleted from our servers. We also collect non-content use information like account details, but this data is handled in compliance with privacy laws.
Is Zukka HIPAA compliant?
