Account Deletion procedure

If you wish to delete your account and delete any personal information given to our site, such us credentials, including username and password or your email If given, you may login your account, from the top menu you can select the Delete Account option and your account as well your personal info will be deleted. Please keep in mind that this action cannot be recovered and we will not be able to recover any of your info or securebox data.



If you wish ZUKKA to delete your personal saved information, you can send your request at info@zukka.app and our support team will follow all the lines to delete your saved personal data, such us your login in history log. Your username or any other credentials will not be deleted and you will be able to continue using your account.
