What is ticketID ?

Ticket is a new way to stay in touch with your contacts. It replaces the classic invitation while maintaining anonymity, privacy and freedom from advertising.

As with our regular telephone number, we will issue a ticket number to the public. However, should we receive calls from unsolicited advertisers, we will block them and issue a new number. Our existing callers will not be informed of this change, and we will simply continue as normal.

The TicketID number is not a random number, but an algorithmically generated combination.

The ticketID number has an expiration date, a limited number of activations, or is for use by one person only.

You can revoke it before the expiration date without affecting those who have already used it.

Why name the ticketID ?

The Zukka platform was developed with a focus on user privacy. The name Zukka was chosen to reflect the platform’s ability to provide a secure and private gateway into one’s personal information.

There are 3 types of ticketID

1. Private

is unique for a specific user and can be valid for a limited period of time or for limited activations on devices.

2. Group

It can be used by a set number of users in a group and can be valid for a set period of time or for a limited number of activations on devices.

3. Public

We use it to invite people publicly, like from Facebook, a corporate site, Instagram, TikTok, and so on. You can use it with or without restrictions.

Please be advised that all tickets can be revoked or new ones issued for replacement. This process is similar to changing your phone number, but please note that old contacts will not be affected.
